What began as me rendering tallow and creating skincare in my kitchen has grown into something so much bigger. I was searching for something simpler, cleaner, and truly nourishing for my family—products made with ingredients I understood, rooted in time-honored traditions and the way our bodies were designed to be cared for.
I fell in love with the simplicity and effectiveness of beef tallow for skin, and as my passion for wellness grew, I realized that what we put in our bodies matters just as much as what we put on them. That led me to develop Rooted Vitality, working closely with my manufacturer to ensure every ingredient is intentional, clean, and supportive for women navigating real-life seasons.
